When you build a system based on DAP boards, you can work with software that you already know how to use, and protect your investment in time and effort spent on learning LabVIEW or DASYLab. DAP boards support these standard PC user interfaces as those you create in Visual Basic, C++, C#, or Delphi... or in any application that can use DLL routines:
- LabVIEW
- Visual Basic
- C++
- DASYLab
- Visual Studio, CodeGear Developer Studio, etc., or any other program with a DLL interface
Onboard intelligence makes standard user interfaces more effective. First, it executes processing-intensive routines in real time and performs data reduction on the DAP board itself. Second, it interfaces with DAPcell software that lets you implement remote systems without any rewrites.
Important: Whatever user interface you provide for your completed system, during development use DAPstudio to specify exactly how you want onboard intelligence to behave in that completed system.
